Proliferate and Prosper

Ok, new keyword that just blew my brain. Proliferate: choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there. Not word for word quote, but there it is. Think about Planeswalkers, Pyromancers Ascension, Infect, and so much more. Half of the walkers can go off the second turn after casting with it, and Pyromancer goes online faster. Slide in a few Training Grounds to make it cost less, and this is going to get crazy fast. I'm seeing it as meta-changing, which it probably won't but it may. Get all cards said while they're still cheap.

RDT

Not quite Red Deck Wins here, but at least Red Deck Tries, hence the acronym. I've been trying to think up a new RDW that, while probably not great in the Standard environment, may be possible post-rotation. The basic build is:

Creatures:
Kiln Fiend
Plated Geopede
Chandra's Spitfire

Instant/Sorceries:
Lightning Bolt
Searing Blaze
Fling

Planeswalkers:
Chandra Ablaze
Chandra Nalaar

Lands:
Arid Mesa
Scalding Tarn
Mountains
Teetering Peaks
Smoldering Spires

May need some work but all of the current creatures get pumped in various ways, then get flung. Late-game (I know, RDW has late game?) the Chandras either burn the player to boost Spitfire or Ablaze goes full power and makes a massive Kiln Fiend. It definitely need a few more cards, but is a fine shell to work off of.
